Governing Board Declaration of interests 2022-2023
DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Each Governor completes and signs a Declaration of Interests proforma at the first meeting of the Governing Board in each academic year.
At the start of each meeting throughout the year, the Governors are asked to declare individually if there have been any material changes to their declarations, and whether they have a personal, pecuniary, contractual or prejudicial interest in any item on the agenda for the particular meeting.
A governor must withdraw from any meeting in which they have a direct or indirect pecuniary interest.
