Terms and Conditions

Please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions for booking with our wraparound provision;

1. All bookings need to be made before 6pm at the very latest the day before the date (s) that you require. 

2. If you use our wraparound regularly, please ensure that you book the dates in advance to avoid any disappointment.

3. To ensure the correct staff ratios, unfortunately we cannot accept on the day bookings. 

4. Breakfast and After School Club require a minimum of 48 hours for all cancellations and/or refunds for all bookings. This also applied to any bookings made in error. 

5. Parents and Guardians are able to cancel bookings via their iPal accounts. However, if any bookings are cancelled within less than 48 hours notice, unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds. This also applies to any bookings made in error. 

6. Any bookings that have been made using the partial payment option,  we ask that parents and guardians ensure that balances are paid on the 1st of each month to secure the booking (s). This also applies to all arranged payments plans. 

7. If accounts fall into a minus, the online system is not able to process any further bookings. Please ensure that your balance is kept up to date. 

8. Automated reminders will be sent out via iPal to remind parents and guardians of their balances. 

9. If you do require a refund, please contact the school office to discuss.
